RK MonoLine Z80Complete corrosion protection

RK Rose+Krieger has added the widely used fully corrosion-protected version of size 80 to its RK MonoLine belt drive line actuator range。They are specifically designed for automation solutions in areas where environmental or production conditions lead to condensation and drip formation。

The compact linear units of the RK MonoLine series offer excellent value for money with a high power/weight ratio。They are specifically designed for highly dynamic, precise repetition of picking, palleting and handling operations over a medium load range, combining high rigidity and smooth operation with a repeatability of +/-0.05mm, the maximum acceleration is 20m/s²。

All-round anti-corrosion protection

For the new corrosion-resistant RK MonoLine Z80, RK Rose+Krieger has replaced all parts made of steel in the standard version with stainless steel parts。The tooth belt is also made of corrosion-resistant material。In the anticorrosive actuator version, the belt consists of polyurethane and stainless steel cord (HTD 8M RF LL)。In addition, for the vertical use of the actuator, prefabricated drainage holes are provided in the pulley box, which the customer can open when required to expel any condensate。Typical applications of the anti-corrosion RK MonoLine are in automatic extraction systems for injection molding machines and compression molding machines, where water mist, condensation and dripping downstream are expected。
